We are considered an Out-Of-Network providers, which means we do not accept any insurance directly. If you would like to use your insurance, then we are able to provide you with a monthly receipt called a Superbill and you can submit this to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. I recommend calling your insurance provider directly and checking with them to confirm if you have Out-Of-Network benefits.
Otherwise you can choose to see us privately and not involve your insurance at all. See why many of our clients choose this option below.

We often work with clients who have unsuccessfully been to therapist after therapist for years and not received treatment that had any long lasting or significant effects. Investing in yourself in the short term, although it can be more money upfront, often saves folks years of time and money lost to unhelpful treatments.

Please let us know about any sessions you will miss 48 hours in advance.

Our paperwork consists of standard documents for onboarding clients. It should take 5-15 minutes to fill out.

A first session is generally information exchange: Your clinician will ask you a number of questions about yourself so that they can understand your case well and properly plan out an effective treatment path. They will also gladly answer any initial questions you may have about treatment or your potential diagnosis.

We work with any and all clients who are challenged by anxiety. In particular, we specialize in OCD and OCD related disorders, such as perfectionism or skin picking disorders. We are confident in treating folks with OCD who have previously undergone therapy and did not receive the results they were looking for. We are also staunch supporters of the LGBTQIA+ community

We use the gold standard treatment of exposure and response prevention (ERP), as well as the mindfulness based therapy Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), both of which are Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT). What this means is that we work with clients to establish a healthier relationship to the automatic thoughts their brain generates in order to free themselves from their obsessive cycles.

Yes! Practicing the skills learned in session is an important way to generalize your skills.

Sessions are generally once per week.
However, an increased frequency of sessions is available for those who are seeking faster results or more intensive care.
