• Sam Greenblatt

    Dr. Sam Greenblatt is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and an internationally recognized expert in the treatment of OCD. As a person with OCD himself, Sam understands deeply the struggle of dealing with intrusive thoughts and the intense distress that can come with it. Sam uses his intimate understanding of OCD paired with his expert knowledge of research and treatment of the disorder to provide the best possible care for his patients.

    Sam specializes in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (including ERP and ACT) for OCD and relishes working with all themes and challenges, including OCD that has not responded to previous treatment. He is particularly interested in using a more recently enhanced model of ERP (which you can read about here). In addition to serving the OCD community, Sam has a special interest in working with people in queer communities and is co-president of the IOCDF’s LGBTQIA+ special interest group.

  • McKenzie Gelvin

    McKenzie Gelvin, M.A., is a third-year doctoral student in Clinical Psychology with a Health Emphasis at Touro University, where she has also earned her Master’s Degree in Psychology. Complementing her clinical psychology training, McKenzie is concurrently pursuing a Master’s of Public Health through New York Medical College.

    McKenzie is trained in CBT and utilizes a range of techniques to treat clients with a range of diagnoses including ASD, OCD, general anxiety, and others. As a therapist she wants her clients to feel that they are welcomed into a compassionate and accepting space, where they can express themselves without fear of judgement or criticism. McKenzie works to strike a balance between offering support and challenging clients to step out of their comfort zone when necessary for growth! 

    McKenzie’s research and clinical interests focus on the mind-body connection, with a special emphasis on the relationship between biometric measures and mood. Additionally, McKenzie has incorporated nutritional psychology into her work, studying the crucial relationship between diet and mental health. McKenzie is trained and supervised by Dr. Greenblatt and operates under his licensure.

  • Cayley Gersh

    Cayley Gersh, M.A., is a third-year doctoral student in Clinical Psychology with a Health Emphasis at Touro University, where she also earned her Master’s Degree in Psychology. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Vermont, where she studied Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies with minors in Human Development & Family Studies and Dance.

    Cayley is trained in several evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her clinical approach is collaborative and affirming, aiming to create an inclusive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, safe, and supported in their work together. She values building strong therapeutic relationships that help clients tolerate discomfort in the service of personal growth. 

    Cayley has experience working with clients navigating active crises, depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, OCD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and more. Her clinical and research interests focus on mental health disparities within the LGBTQ+ community, particularly the role of identity in anxiety, depression, and OCD. 

    Cayley is trained and supervised by Dr. Greenblatt and operates under his licensure.

  • Gianna Puccio

    Gianna Puccio, M.A., is a third-year doctoral student in Clinical Psychology with a Health Emphasis at Touro University, where she has also earned her Master’s Degree in Psychology. Gianna is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and exposure and response prevention (ERP). She thoughtfully integrates these evidence-based approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. Her clinical experience includes working with a range of diagnoses, including OCD, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. 

    Gianna approaches therapy with empathy, curiosity, and respect, taking the time to understand each client’s individual background and fostering strong, meaningful therapeutic relationships. While she meets each client with compassion, validation, and encouragement, she also holds her clients accountable. Gianna challenges each client to grow into the person they aspire to be, aligning their actions with their goals and values. Gianna is trained and supervised by Dr. Greenblatt and operates under his licensure.
